Reseller Program – Digital Techniques (Australia) Pty Ltd
Welcome to Digital Techniques (Australia) Product Reseller Program. This program focuses on:
- Bringing our product resellers the latest information for selling and supporting our large range of products
- Aiding resellers in creating innovative solutions
- Getting vital feedback from resellers so that our developers may continue to provide industry-leading technology that suits customers' needs
As a reseller, you are playing a key role in Digital Techniques (Australia) success by using many of our solutions to create innovative new applications. We want to continue to help you succeed. Your opinions and ideas can, therefore, drive us both towards increased success, so we would like to hear from you.
Reseller Portal
There are two sections within the Reseller Portal:
- General Resellers
- Authorized Resellers
The General Resellers section will contain the following categories:
- Product Announcements
- Product List
- News Section
- Marketing Announcements
- Reseller Feedback
The Authorized Reseller site is accessible only for those resellers who have been approved per the criteria listed in the general section.

Reseller Requirements
General Reseller Requirements
Digital Techniques (Australia) Pty Ltd requires that your business model supply solutions to your local territory and provide your customers with quality service, superior products and excellent support. Our Resellers Portal is meant to aid you in these areas and to offer content which will feed your desire to support your customer base.
We believe the success of our products significantly rests with your success and energy to deliver unparalleled telecom solutions. Our pledge to you is that Digital Techniques (Australia) products will continue to deliver the most reliable and innovative products in the industry. We will value your opinions and ideas so that we may give you the tools necessary to support all your customers' requirements. You are part of the Digital Techniques (Australia) Team because we share the same vision and look towards what our futures hold together.
Authorized Reseller Requirements
Digital Techniques (Australia) requires the following in order to become an Authorized Reseller:
- Be a good and valued customer of the Distributor
- Be competent with our products
- Have successful installations already working
- Provide 5 reference customers
- Have at least one full time technical person on staff
- Carry, as a product line, only Digium hardware for Zaptel applications
- Present Digital Techniques (Australia) in a professional manner and offer quality customer support
- Have a defined territory that Resellers support
- Adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) schedule
Authorized Reseller Process
To become an Authorized Reseller, please contact Digital Techniques (Australia) for an application. Digital Techniques (Australia) will determine if you are approved or what measures you must take in order to become approved.
Upon approval, Digital Techniques (Australia) will forward you the Authorized Reseller Agreement which must be signed and returned to Digital Techniques (Australia). We will then, under your existing Digital Techniques (Australia) User/Reseller account, grant you access to the Authorized Reseller section. You will also be given a specific Authorized Reseller Logo. The logo will be numbered and registered for your company in order to prevent unathorized use. At this point, you will be logged into the Reseller database.
